I needed our engineered floor fixed and Jason came out promptly and said he would undertake the rework project. They did a WONDERFUL job fixing the problem. This is the second time I used Bad Dog Flooring. The first was for vinyl plank floor and most recently was for customer supplied ceramic flooring. They finish off the job with adding quarter round. Very flexible in work schedule when other contractors backed me up.

My wife and I had planned to renovate our master bathroom but it wasn’t in the budget this year. After discovering the shower had cracked, we received several estimates. Jason, of Bad Dog Flooring, submitted an estimate that was very reasonable. What was even more impressive was Jason was the only contractor who spoke directly to my wife asking if she had any questions or concerns. Jason and Melody are the owners and they did all the tile work from start to finish. From the first contact, Jason was pleasant and efficient. They tiled our kitchen backsplash meticulously. What sold us on Bad Dog was Jason and Melanie do their own work. They were quick getting the quote to us and had availability that would accommodate our schedule since this is in a rental condo. The quality of their work is amazing, they communicate extremely well, and they are super easy going, and all around good people. If we had any questions or concerns, they took the time to discuss the situation with us so we were happy with the end result. We truly appreciated their expertise and knowledge. Jason and Melody, the owners of Bad Dog Flooring, are the lead installers on every job, and their hands-on professionalism puts them way ahead of the pack in the greater Grand Strand, SC area. They have refloored two houses for us, and replaced carpet and cracked ceramic tile in another home (we have moved a lot!). We prefer Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) as a beautiful and durable flooring, and they're masters of it. No slap-dash cuts with this team; every piece is precisely shaped to whatever odd corner it needs to fill. When we had a problem with a product, Jason even went to bat for us with the manufacturer, negotiating for many months to get us a fair settlement. What other flooring installer will do that? In addition, Jason, Melody and their employees are trustworthy, reliable, honest, detail-oriented and fun to work with. They take real pride in their work, and we feel truly blessed to have found them. You might find someone who will work for a bit less, but the quality they deliver makes Bad Dog the best value on the beach.

Bad Dog Flooring was a pleasure to work with. They removed all the old tile and carpeting, cleaned up the mess and expertly installed all new flooring. I was out of town and they kept me informed and sent pictures of the job as it progressed. The floors look great, they cleaned up after the job and the price was the best quote I got when shopping for a flooring company. I would recommend them without hesitation.
